Caramelised pineapple, candied ginger, treacle, and hint of baked peach.

What you’ll need – 

Glass: Highball

Ingredients: 50ml Black Dragon Pineapple Rum, Top with Pineapple & Almond Soda.

Ice: Cubed.

How to make it: Combine all ingredients in a highball glass with cubed ice and stir.

Garnish: Dried Coconut Flakes.

PINEAPPLE DAIQUIRI

Black Dragon Pineapple Rum | Lime | Cane Sugar

What you’ll need – 

Glass: Coupe.

Ingredients:50ml Black Dragon Pineapple Rum, 25ml Lime Juice, 15ml Cane Sugar Syrup.

Ice: None.

How to make it: Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker, add ice and shake until well-chilled. Double strain into coupe glass and garnish.

Garnish: None.

What you’ll need – 

Ingredients: 45ml Black Dragon Pineapple Rum, 40ml Pineapple Cordial*, 5ml Passion Fruit Syrup, 4 Dashes Champagne Acid Solution, 2 Drops Saline Solution 20%, 20ml Pineapple & Coconut Foam*.

Glass: Nick & Nora.

Ice: None. 

How to make it: Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker, add ice and shake until well-chilled. Double strain into Nick & Nora glass and garnish.

Garnish: Pineapple & Coconut Foam*

Black Dragon Spiced Rum | Plum | Cherry | Rhubarb & Hibiscus Tonic

What you’ll need –

Ingredients: 40ml Black Dragon Spiced Rum, 20ml Akashi Tai Umeshu Plum, 15ml Sour Cordial*, 3 Drop Saline Solution 8%*, 2 Dashes Peychaud’s Bitters. Top Rhubarb & Hibiscus Tonic. 

Glass: Highball.

Ice: Spear.

How to make it: Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker, add ice and shake until well-chilled. Double strain into Highball glass and garnish.

Garnish: Pink Grapefruit Peel Flower
